ABANDONMENT / REFUND POLICY

ABANDONMENT PRIOR TO TAPES UP
If it is necessary to abandon racing prior to the commencement of the meeting, tickets will be valid for the re-staging date of that meeting.

Alternatively, tickets can be exchanged for a future Northampton Speedway team meeting within 12 months of the date of the abandoned meeting.

ABANDONMENT PRIOR TO COMPLETION OF A NORTHAMPTON TEAM EVENT AT HEAT 10 OR INDIVIDUAL EVENT AT HEAT 12
If it is necessary to abandon a Northampton team meeting prior to the completion of Heat 10, or a Northampton Speedway individual meeting prior to the completion of Heat 12, you will be entitled to reduced admission at any one future meeting within 12 months of the date of the abandoned meeting.

The actual reduction will be based upon the admission fee paid on the day of the abandoned meeting AND at which Heat the meeting is abandoned.

The re-admission charge will be based on a reduction of £1 for Adults and Concessions for every heat not completed prior to Heat 10 for a Northampton Team Event or Heat 12 for an Individual Event. There will be no reduction for Child admission.

The re-admission reduction will only be provided on provision of the original ticket from the abandoned meeting.

REFUNDS
If neither of the above options is possible, the ticket holder will be entitled to a full (or partial) refund.

Ticket exchanges and refunds will only be given on production of the original ticket from the abandoned race meeting.

In order to obtain a refund or exchange, you must contact our office or post your ticket to the office in order for the refund/exchange to be arranged.
